Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

• Requirements: Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card at check-in.
• Arrival Notice: Guests need to inform the property of their expected arrival time in advance.

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

Please speak with reception staff at least 24 hours before your day of departure if you require a late check-out. If a late check- out is available, charges may apply.

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

All guests are required to provide a valid credit card on arrival. A “pre-authorisation” of $300.00 will be taken at the time, holding funds securely through the EFTPOS system.

Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?

FREE WiFi is available in all apartments with access for up to 8 devices.

Q: How often are the apartments serviced?

Services take place mid-stay for stays of 7 nights to 10 nights. For stays of more than 10 nights, there is a weekly service.

Q: Is all linen provided?

All bedding and towels are provided. However, there is a laundering hire charge for the use of pool towels.

Q: Is the swimming pool heated?

Our large, outdoor pool is heated for your comfort.

Q: What facilities do you have?

We have a heated outdoor pool, spa, sauna, gym, BBQ area and conference room.

Q: Is after hours check-in available?

Yes. If you are arriving after reception has closed, our night service is available to assist you to collect keys and directions to your apartment from our night safe.

Q: Is there car parking available?

Yes. Free parking is available in designated spaces in our basement parking area.

Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?

Trilogy is only a short 5-minute walk to the central shopping area and restaurants of Surfers Paradise. Even closer are Chiang Mai Thai, and Bumbles Cafe - two local favourites.

Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?

Coles and Woolworths supermarkets are both within a 5-minute walk, and have parking available if you prefer to take the car.

Q: How far away is the beach?

Surfers Paradise beach is two blocks away, while in the other direction, is Budds Beach, a calm riverside sandy stretch, with shade trees and BBQ’s.

Q: Is there public transport nearby?

Simply walk out the front door from reception, and around the corner to find bus stops to Northern and Southern suburbs. We recommend the TX2 bus to the theme parks as a simple way to get around.

Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?

Yes, we have a complete booking service for theme park tickets, tours, and transfers at reception.
