Is there free internet / wi-fi available?
YES – we offer complimentary wi-fi in all apartments, with access for up to 8 devices.
Are the apartments serviced?
As we offer self-catering, home-away-from-home style apartment accommodation, you will have a mid-stay service for stays of 7-10 days. For stays of 10+ nights there will be a weekly service. If you require replenishment of supplies such as toilet paper or laundry liquid outside of this, you can request additional supplies from our friendly reception team.
How far is it to walk to the main hub of Surfers Paradise?
The centre of Surfers, Cavill Avenue, is just a 10 minute stroll from Trilogy Surfers Paradise meaning you are within easy reach of countless restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and entertainment, yet far enough from the hustle-and-bustle to enjoy a peaceful, relaxing stay.
Is the swimming pool heated?
YES – our large resort pool is heated for your comfort, so you can enjoy a dip any time of year!
Is there car parking available?
YES – free car parking is available in designated spaces in our underground parking area.
Is all linen provided?
YES – all bedding and towels are supplied for your convenience. If you require pool towels these can be hired from reception for a small laundering fee.
