Rooms & Housekeeping
How often are the apartments serviced?
Services take place mid-stay for stays of 7 nights to 10 nights. For stays of more than 10 nights, there is a weekly service.
Is all linen provided?
All bedding and towels are provided. However, there is a laundering hire charge for the use of pool towels.
Do you have cots and rollaway beds available to hire?
Yes, our hire charges are as follows:
Cots – $10.00 per night
Rollaway Beds – $60.00 per night
Can I smoke in the apartment?
Trilogy Surfers Paradise is a non-smoking building, and we ask that you refrain from smoking in your room. Evidence of smoking in rooms will incur a cleaning fee payable by the guest.
Does the resort supply amenities?
As we are self-contained apartments a small starter pack is provided with a few essential items to get you through the first day or so. These items are not replenished during the stay.

Do you require a security bond upon check-in?
All guests are required to provide a valid credit card on arrival. A “pre-authorisation” of $200.00 will be taken at the time, holding funds securely through the EFTPOS system.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and UnionPay.
Are there any security requirements upon check in?
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
Do you allow pets?
Unfortunately, no animals of any kind are permitted in the complex, without the prior approval of the Body Corporate. Guests who bring animals into the complex may be evicted without the right to a refund.
As per the Guide Dogs Act 1972, section 5, Guide Dogs or Companion dogs are permitted in the complex subject to prior approval by management and Body Corporate. Proof of registration will be requested.
There may be an extra cleaning fee included in your tariff, which will be agreed upon when making your booking.
Do you accept 'Schoolies' bookings?
No, Trilogy Surfers Paradise does not accept ‘Schoolies’ bookings. We do not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers during the annual Schoolies Period. We do not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of guests during this period. For this reason, we reserve the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the entire “schoolies” period.
Can I have a party?
Trilogy Surfers Paradise has a strict “No Party Policy”, and we would not recommend any guests booking a Three Bedroom Apartment for a hens, bucks, birthday party or any other private event as you risk being fined and evicted.
Check in & Departure
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
- Requirements: Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card at check-in.
- Arrival Notice: Guests need to inform the property of their expected arrival time in advance.
Can I have a late check-out?
Please speak with reception staff at least 24 hours before your day of departure if you require a late check-out. If a late check- out is available, charges may apply.
What are the Reception hours?
Monday – Friday: 9am – 4.30pm
Saturday: 9am – 12pm
Sunday: 9am – 11am
Public Holidays: 9am – 11am
Is after hours check-in available?
Yes. If you are arriving after reception has closed, our night service is available to assist you to collect keys and directions to your apartment from our night safe.

Is the accommodation suitable for families?
Yes, we are perfect for families. Our spacious self-contained apartments offer the comfort of home with fully equipped kitchens, laundry facilities, and separate living areas.
With a choice of 1, 2 and 3 Bedroom Apartments, there’s plenty of room for everyone.
What's the maximum number of guests per apartment?
As per Queensland Fire Regulations:
- One Bedroom Apartments – 3 persons
- Two Bedroom Apartments – 5 persons
- Three Bedroom Apartments – 7 persons
What is your child policy?
Infants (0–2 years) can stay using existing bedding or a cot (cot hire available on request and subject to availability).
Children (3–12 years) may use existing bedding; extra beds can be arranged for an additional fee (subject to availability).
Teenagers (13–17 years) are considered additional guests and must also be accompanied by an adult for the entire stay.
Can we request a specific view or level?
Yes, you’re welcome to request a particular view or apartment level when booking. While we’ll always do our best to accommodate requests, they are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Is there Internet or Wi-Fi access available?
FREE Wi-Fi is available in all apartments with access for up to 8 devices.
Can I leave my luggage?
Yes, guests may leave luggage at our reception area.

Yes. Free parking is available in designated spaces in our basement parking area.
Is the swimming pool heated?
Our large, outdoor pool is heated for your comfort.
What facilities do you have?
We have a heated outdoor pool, spa, sauna, gym, BBQ area and conference room.
Are lifts available?
Yes, all three of our towers have lifts available.
Location
Are there shops or restaurants nearby?
Trilogy is only a short 5-minute walk to the central shopping area and restaurants of Surfers Paradise. Even closer are Chiang Mai Thai and Bumbles Cafe – two local favourites.
Where can I buy groceries locally?
Coles and Woolworths supermarkets are both within a 5-minute walk, and have parking available if you prefer to take the car.
How far away is the beach?
Surfers Paradise beach is two blocks away, while in the other direction, is Budds Beach, a calm riverside sandy stretch, with shade trees and BBQ’s.
Is there public transport nearby?
Simply walk out the front door from reception, and around the corner to find bus stops to Northern and Southern suburbs. We recommend the TX2 bus to the theme parks as a simple way to get around.
Can I book theme park tickets at reception?
Yes, we have a complete booking service for theme park tickets, tours, and transfers at reception.
